nwm Product Limited Warranty (Hong Kong Only)

Issued by THINKTHING STUDIO LIMITED
(Exclusive distributor of nwm ONE, nwm GO, and nwm DOTS in Hong Kong)

1. Warranty Period

This limited warranty covers 12 months from the original date of purchase (as shown on a valid proof-of-purchase receipt issued by THINKTHING STUDIO LIMITED or an authorized reseller in Hong Kong).

2. Warranty Coverage

THINKTHING STUDIO LIMITED warrants that the nwm product (nwm ONE / nwm GO / nwm DOTS) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the 12-month warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or

  • Issue a full refund of the original purchase price.

This warranty applies ONLY to defects caused by non-human factors (manufacturing or material defects). It does NOT cover damage caused by the user or external factors.

3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does NOT apply to any product that:

  • Has been used with non-original accessories, cables, or chargers not supplied or approved by nwm / THINKTHING STUDIO LIMITED
  • Has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external causes
  • Has been dropped, crushed, or exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity
  • Shows cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, worn ear tips, etc.)
  • Has been opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than THINKTHING STUDIO LIMITED or its authorized service provider
  • Has been mixed or combined with other materials/products (e.g., third-party cases, adhesives, etc.)
  • Exhibits normal wear and tear (including battery capacity degradation over time)
  • Has serial number removed, altered, or defaced
  • Was purchased outside Hong Kong, not from THINKTHING official website or from unauthorized sellers

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, this warranty is the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy. THINKTHING STUDIO LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of use.

Provide:

(1) proof of purchase, (2) product serial, (3) warranty number on QR code ; (4) detailed description/photos of the issue.

If the claim is approved, you will be instructed to ship or deliver the product to our studio.

All shipping costs (both to us for inspection and return shipping) are to be borne by the customer.

We recommend using tracked shipping; we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
