Hong Kong Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over HK$400.
We ship via SF Express.
Orders are dispatched every Monday and Friday.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch, depending on order volume and stock availability.
Once dispatched, SF Express will deliver within 1-3 business days within Hong Kong.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping to most of the overseas locations.
Dangerous Goods (DG):
We ONLY ship Dangerous Goods (DG) items such as power banks to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, U.S.A.
Special Note for Taiwan Customers
We do not ship Dangerous Goods (DG) items such as power banks directly to Taiwan from Hong Kong. Instead, customers in Taiwan can purchase our products through our trusted distributor, Taiwan StandFirm.
Please contact them directly for orders and inquiries.
International orders are shipped via SF Express or a suitable carrier, depending on the destination and product type.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and product type (e.g., DG goods may incur additional fees).
Every Monday and Friday (or the next business day if it’s a public holiday in Hong Kong).
Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, typically ranging from 5-15 business days after dispatch.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Repair Service
If your product encounters an issue, we’ve made it simple to book a repair. Here’s how it works:
Booking a Repair:
- If your product requires repair, please fill out our Repair Request Form to schedule a convenient appointment.
- Once submitted, our team will contact you to confirm the details and arrange the repair process.
Repair Fees:
- Human Factors: If the damage is due to human factors (e.g., accidental drops, misuse), a repair fee of HK$50 will apply.
- Replacement Parts: If replacement parts are required, the total repair fee will be HK$100.
- Warranty Coverage: If the damage is due to defects in materials or workmanship and covered under warranty, there will be no repair fee.
What’s Not Covered:
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Return Policy
Eligibility: We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return but may qualify for repair (see Repair Service below):
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased through our Taiwan distributor.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@thinkthingstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
