Our warranty registration process is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Purchase a THINKTHING Product: Buy any product from our store to get started. Your journey with THINKTHING begins the moment you bring our innovation into your life!

2. Find the QR Code on the Product Packaging: Each THINKTHING product comes with a unique QR code printed on the packaging.

3. Scan the QR Code

• On Mobile: Use your device’s camera or a QR code scanner app and point it at the QR code on your product packaging.

4. Check Registration Status: Once scanned or uploaded, we’ll verify if the QR code is being registered for the first time:

• First-Time Registration: If this is the first registration of the QR code, your warranty will be successfully activated! You’ll receive confirmation and can view your product’s warranty details in your account.
• Already Registered: If the QR code has already been registered, you’ll be notified with further instructions.

When you successfully register your THINKTHING product, you automatically become a THINKTHING Member and gain access to exclusive perks:

• 5% Off Discount: Enjoy a 5% discount on all future purchases of THINKTHING products, automatically applied at checkout when logged into your account.
• Warranty Details Access: View the warranty start and end dates for all your registered products in your customer account.
• Priority Support: Get faster responses from our dedicated support team for any questions or assistance.

If the QR code has already been registered, it may indicate that the product was previously activated. Please contact our support team at info@thinkthingstudio.com with your purchase details for assistance.

After successful registration, log into your customer account and navigate to the "Warranty" section to view the warranty start and end dates for all your registered THINKTHING products.

Once registered, the 5% discount will automatically apply to all eligible THINKTHING products in your cart when you’re logged into your account. No coupon code needed!
