Why we design this
The inspiration for ZTRAW came from a viral video in 2015 that showed a sea turtle suffering from a plastic straw stuck in its nose. This poignant moment drove us to take action and create a product that addresses the environmental impact of single-use plastics.
We wanted to design a straw that not only offers a practical solution but also raises awareness about the correct use of plastic and its potential for reuse and recycling.
