Repair Fees:

• If the product damage is due to “human factors” (e.g., accidental drops, misuse), we will charge a repair fee of 50 HKD.
• If replacement parts are needed, the total repair fee will be 100 HKD.
• If the damage is covered under warranty (defects in materials or workmanship), there will be no repair fee.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Repairs or replacements at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
