Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing from THINKTHING STUDIO. Please read the following warranty terms carefully.

1. Warranty Coverage

THINKTHING STUDIO provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for our products purchased through our official store and authorized local retail stores. The warranty period begins on the date of registration.

  • nwm: 12 months
  • Power banks: 12 months

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Defective materials or components
  • Workmanship defects under normal use conditions

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

    Battery degradation and capacity loss over time (batteries naturally lose capacity with charge cycles, age, and usage; this is expected and not considered a defect)
    Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, discoloration, fading)
  • Damage caused by human factors or misuse, including:

    Accidents, drops, impacts, liquid spills, or exposure to water beyond IP rating (if applicable).
    Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
    Use of incompatible chargers, cables, or accessories.
    Overcharging, excessive heat/cold exposure, or improper storage.
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside permitted or intended uses
  • Damage caused by fire, natural disasters, theft, or other external events beyond our control
  • Consumable parts or accessories (e.g., cables) unless defective upon arrival
  • Loss or theft of the product

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please book a time at Repair Service and bring the product to our studio for inspection.

All shipping costs to and from our studio are your responsibility, regardless of whether the issue is covered under warranty.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable repair or replacement fees for damages caused by human factors, misuse, or exclusions listed above.

5. Warranty Remedies

At our discretion, we may offer one of the following remedies for valid warranty claims:

  • Repair of the defective product
  • Replacement with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value (if repair is not feasible)
  • Discounts for a replacement unit

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, THINKTHING STUDIO's liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

8. Final Decision

THINKTHING STUDIO reserves the right to interpret these warranty terms and make the final decision on all warranty claims.
